1. Submit your completed System Description for review and discussion with our team. This ensures we are clear on system scope and ready to go after completing testing.

2. Receive a personalized Evidence Request List tailored to your system's complexity and control requirements.

3. Utilize our Audit Platform for a seamless experience to track controls by assignee, assign and collect evidence requests, ask questions, visible in real time to our audit team.

3. Audit

We conduct a streamlined 'Fieldwork Week'. At this point, all of your evidence is submitted in the Audit Platform.

4. Post Audit

1. Test Review - Render Compliance follows an in-depth quality control procedure where our testing is reviewed to ensure we have met professional standards and gained reasonable assurance for our conclusions.

2. Report Draft and Review - We draft the report from our template. Then we provide the report for your review within 2 weeks guaranteed, fostering a collaborative and efficient approach toward the final report.

5. Issue Report

1. We receive your confirmation to issue the report, finalize and share the report with you.

2. 1-3 weeks following issuance, we conduct a debrief meeting with you to:
- Share recommendations for operational improvement
- Share best practices for PR and compliance announcements
- Provide best practices on using compliance reports effectively in customer security assessments
- Discuss next planned compliance milestones and relevant strategy
