Render Compliance is a licensed CPA firm based in Seattle, Washington. We provide SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, SOC 2+ attestations, cybersecurity gap assessments and Microsoft SSPA independent assessments. This privacy policy explains what information we collect through rendercompliance.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies only to this website. It does not cover information you provide during an audit engagement, which is governed by your engagement letter with us, or third-party platforms we link to, such as our audit platform login.

We collect information in two ways: information you give us, and limited information collected automatically when you visit the site.
Information you give us
- Consultation and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and a description of your company and system.
- Free resource downloads: your name and email address.
- Testimonials: your name (or “Anonymous”), job title, company name (or a general description), a star rating and your comments.
- Direct contact: anything you include when you email or call us.
Please do not send confidential system details, credentials or audit evidence through the website forms. We will arrange a secure way to exchange that information once an engagement begins.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation and prepare a quote.

- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to measure site traffic and usage.
- Google reCAPTCHA, to check that form submissions come from a person and not a bot. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Akismet (Automattic), to screen form submissions for spam.
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website.
- Our website host and form software, which store form submissions.
- Microsoft 365, which we use for business email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: needed for security and for our forms to work, including Cloudflare and reCAPTCHA.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies that tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry and download information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, and no longer than necessary after that unless you become a client. Client records are kept as required by our professional and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

We are based in the United States and work with clients worldwide. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
